The house was severely in need of attention with significant termite attack, water damage and general lack of care over many years.
A rear ground floor extension to provide more space for the kitchen dining area. Much of the original detailing was retained and all of the original ceilings were reattached to the frame and repaired.
Restoration was much preferred by the owners to replacement. After much hard work on the part of our site team and contractors this old gem is once again looking great. Works completed July 2015.
