The main construction challenge was the detailing of the various components of the extension, to ensure that the architect's design was incorporated in full, and met with the regulatory and structural requirements. We created a full-size 3D model with all of the actual size components. This allowed us to identify fit issues that were able to be addressed and the model was followed exactly on site.
